Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please check the checkout page for specific rates.

  • Delivery by Elta Courier 3,50€

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping only in Greece.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@siennajewellery.com. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution.

In the event that your item is damaged upon arrival, please keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with contact us or your local post office. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
