Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Returns

Timeframe: You may return your jewellery within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition.

Condition: All returned jewellery must be in its original condition, free from damage, alterations, or wear. Items must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, certificates, and receipts.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

  • Final sale products cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

Process: To exchange an item, simply contact us and we will assist you in selecting an item of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

Online Purchases: Please contact us at info@siennajewellery.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product

  • The reason for the return

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs of 3,50€ are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the criteria outlined above.
